Immediate Opening for Quality assurance  

Roles :

Responsible to work closely within shared services team to ensure process mapping/ documentation;

Responsible to keep the annual plans/ KPI of all streams of shared services up-to-date;

 Monitor and report the KPIs; Manage Transaction monitoring;

Work with the team transitioning the process to map and ensure standardization of processes across Temenos;

Preparing the shared services update;

Project management relating to activities in shared services;

Assisting in data capturing and analyzing to build capacity models leading to efficiency improvements;

Ad hoc assistance (eg investigation of historical data of receivables and payables);

Perform such other duties as required from time to time.

MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUE

•       Knowledge in Preparation of FMEA
•       ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 9001
•      SPC (Statistical Process Control)
•      7QC Tools

•     Knowledge in Process Capability Studies

Responsibilities

•  Preparting Project Plan.
•  Guided a Lean projects to finance shared services and successfully implemented the improvements.
• Gathering Business, Functional, System Requirements and derive HOQ. SIPOC,FMEA
• Handling Customer Complaints and Analysis the issue through Statistical Approach.
•  Identify nonconformance and take necessary action.
• Providing feedback to project staff and manager on the result of quality assurance activities.
• Conduct Project reviews to ensure adherence to the project plan, process compliance
• Implemented the Process and Product Audit
• Develop necessary inspection and sampling procedures to derive Total Quality.
• Preparing Project Management Review reports(PMR)
• Ensure documentation of quality procedures and work instruction.
• Conduct Quality Review meeting on Weekly basis
•  Measure ment system evaluation by conducting R&R tests -(KAA)
•  Supplier Quaity improvement, through supplier audit.
•  Testing and Certifying the Application which developed by the software team through Manual Testing.
•   MOC (Micro level Operating Center) and validate the Application with customer specified output.
•  Resposible for development and execution of detailed Test plans and Fixing defects
•   Resposible for Maintaining updated reports on resoved bugs and Coordinated with the developers and system engineers to fix application defects.
•   Verfication of work products through Functionaity testing, Performance testing and Flow testing
•    Prepare the test case for user Acceptance test(UAT)
•   Provide the input & sugesstion to Development Team with respect to productivity and Quality Improvement.                               
•      In charge of Process and final inspection of product & maintaining reports
•      Machine Capability & Process Capability Study
•     Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
•      Calibration of Gauges
•    Problem Solving Activities (PSAR)
•      Documentation Preparation (APQP, FMEA and PPA)
•      New Product Development Activities.

Relevant years of Experience:  Around 2-3 years of exp.

Essential Skills – Prior experience in Shared Services Process Implementation, Data Analysis, Quality Checks/Transaction Monitoring, Auditing, Financial Domain Knowledge,

Desirable -  Exposure to ISO 9001 QMS, Six Sigma Tools usage, Statistical Analysis
