Job description

Key responsibilities of the Associate would be to:

 Work on client’s projects according to requirements specified by Project Manager.

 Maintain quality of work product for both internal and external clients.

 Ensure maximum customer satisfaction from work product.

 Plan and execute work packet allocated by the Project manager within defined

timelines and guidelines effectively.

 Work on internal initiatives according to requirements specified by project

manager with minimum supervision.

 Document, develop and refine scalable and repeatable process for all lines of

businesses (LOBs) worked upon.

 Participate actively in training.



 Requirements

Key requirements of the Associate would be:

 Capability to understand complex / cutting-edge technology issues, across

domains

 Highly developed presentation, communication skills

 Fully proficient in Common MS Office applications

Eligibility

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/Dual Degree, in any stream, with significant work/Projects

in CS/Electronics/ECE/Electrical subjects.

Experience: Upto 1 year. Final year students (graduating before June 2011) can also

apply. However, the offer letter for such candidates would be subject to successful

completion of the final semester and all other parameters, as made applicable to other

candidates.
