JD for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead JR # 0000176441_1_001

1. Must have worked / Implemented Oracle PMS (Performance Management)on R12.

2. Must Have worked on Fusion Global HCM, Talent Management

3. Must have worked on integration between Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 in HRMS as part of Co-existence Model.

4. Must have experience of 7+ years in Oracle HRMS implementation in Oracle eBusiness suite

5. Must be knowing AIM methodology (RD50, BP80, BR100, MD50 etc) or OUM

6. Must have performed client facing role and carried out requirement gathering, solution design, training and testing

7. Working experience in ME is added advantage
